Efektifitas Fungsi Mediasi Penyelesaian Sengketa Bakal Calon Anggota Legislatif Oleh Bawaslu Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Soppeng

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas fungsi Mediasi Penyelesaian Sengketa Atas Penolakan Komisi Pemilihan Umum terhadap Bakal Calon Anggota Legislatif oleh Bawaslu pada Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Soppeng, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi Mediasi Penyelesaian Sengketa Atas Penolakan Komisi Pemilihan Umum terhadap Bakal Calon Anggota Legislatif oleh Bawaslu pada Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian Normatif-Empiris, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi Mediasi Penyelesaian Sengketa Atas Penolakan Komisi Pemilihan Umum terhadap Bakal Calon Anggota Legislatif oleh Bawaslu pada Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Soppeng kurang efektif atau belum terlaksana secara optimal. 2) Bahwa terdapat empat faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi Mediasi Penyelesaian Sengketa Penolakan Komisi Pemilihan Umum terhadap Bakal Calon Anggota Legislatif oleh Bawaslu pada Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Soppeng yaitu faktor substansi hukum, faktor sumber daya aparat penyelenggara, faktor peserta pemilu dan faktor budaya hukum masyarakat.
