Pengaruh Edukasi Modul Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Dasar Terhadap Pengetahuan Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Utama 2 Kota Tarakan

Background: Research that focuses on knowledge about occupational health and safety in elementary school students has not been widely carried out in Indonesia, especially in North Kalimantan. Also, not all educational environments teach primary school students about K3 early. Purpose: this study was to determine the effect of basic K3 module education on elementary school children's knowledge. Methods: The research used quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. This study used a pre-test and post-test with a control group. The intervention was administered using repeated measures type. The sample in this study were 100 elementary school children at SDN Utama 2 Tarakan, where the samples for the intervention group and control group were 50 respondents each. Results: In the intervention group p-value was 0.001 (p <0.05), which means that there was a significant difference after being given the basic K3 module education. for the control group, it was obtained p-value 0.2921 (p> 0.05) which indicates no significant difference. Conclusion: There is a significant difference between the total score of knowledge before and after the basic K3 module education.
